NEW Customers - MatTek Scientists will consult on your application at no additional charge. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you have this consultation BEFORE placing your first order to help ensure that all media and accessories needed to perform your application are included in the initial order. Click on this link for MatTek Contact Information.

NOTE: If your facility is not equipped to perform this type of testing, MatTek can supply you with a list of CONTRACT TESTING LABS that can perform this analysis for you. Please request this list using the MatTek Information Request Form.

Product Pricing: In Vitro Product prices are NOT listed on this Web site. To receive detailed product information including an In Vitro Products Price List, please complete the online MatTek Information Request Form.

Tissue Shipments occur THREE-TO-FOUR (3-4) WEEKS after receipt of Customer orders, usually on a Monday, from the MatTek production facility in Ashland, Massachusetts (USA). Shipment is by overnight carrier at +4 degrees Centigrade. Customer pays all freight charges. (Note: Dendritic Cells shipments occur 1-2 business days after receipt of order.)

  • Shipments OUTSIDE the USA:
    Outside the USA, there may also be import questions that must be answered to ensure that MatTek In Vitro Products are not held in Customs for a long period of time. Please contact your import agent before ordering our products. Also, it is preferable that your organization is able to receive overnight priority shipments of this type of material consistently in 1-3 days. It is IMPERATIVE that Total Transit Time, including potential delays in Customs, not exceed 5 Days.
  • Shipments OUTSIDE the USA, Canada and Europe:
    MatTek may need to ship In Vitro Products to your organization via a freight forwarding company in order for them to arrive in viable condition. This will add to the cost of each shipment. These freight charges are in addition to the cost of the in vitro tissues. MatTek will determine if this additional freight charge is necessary before you place your first order.
