EpiAirway™ Gene Analysis

Genes analyzed to date are listed in the table below.

EpiAirway purified Total RNA is now available. Each lot of RNA is characterized and provided with a quality control spec sheet including histology and Triton ET50 of the specific tissue lots, agarose gel electrophoresis of total RNA, RNA concentration, 260/280 ratio, G3PDH RT-PCR and TAQ-only PCR amplifications.

Control (untreated), asthmatic, cytokine treated (individually with IL-4, IL-13, TNF-α, as well as IL-4 + TNF-α, and IL-13 + TNF-α), and phorbol ester treated EpiAirway RNAs are currently available.
