Purified Total RNA from EpiDerm and EpiAirway human cell-derived in vitro skin and airway tissue models is now available from MatTek.
EpiDerm
EpiDerm purified Total RNA is from model numbers EPI-200 and EPI-200-HCF. Each lot of RNA is characterized and provided with a quality control spec sheet including histology and Triton ET50 of the specific tissue lots, agarose gel electrophoresis of total RNA, RNA concentration, 260/280 ratio, results of G3PDH RT-PCR and TAQ-only PCR amplifications. Control (untreated), simulated solar UVA, solar UVA+UVB, and phorbol ester treated EpiDerm RNAs are available.
EpiAirway
EpiAirway purified Total RNA is from model numbers AIR-100 and AIR-100-ASTHMA. Each lot of RNA is characterized and provided with a quality control spec sheet including histology and Triton ET50 of the specific tissue lots, agarose gel electrophoresis of total RNA, RNA concentration, 260/280 ratio, G3PDH RT-PCR and TAQ-only PCR amplifications. Control (untreated), asthmatic, cytokine treated (individually with IL-4, IL-13, TNF-α, as well as IL-4 + TNF-α, and IL-13 + TNF-α), and phorbol ester treated EpiAirway RNAs are currently available.
