Linz 2008 - 15th Congress on Alternatives to Animal Testing

MatTek Corp. is a Linz Congress Co-Organizer

Over the years, the "Linz-Congress" became one of the most relevant scientific events worldwide in the field of alternatives to animal testing. The 15th Congress will be held at the University of Linz in Austria, September 19-21, 2008.

The congress participants will be updated on the European Communities and member state efforts to implement the 3R principles into academic - basic biomedical and applied – industrial (including the cosmetics industry) research as well as regarding the status of implementation by European regulatory authorities. In this context the program will also focus on legal and ethical aspects as well as on problems arising from efforts to standardize and harmonize in vitro approaches, specifically cell culture techniques.

MatTek Corporation is pleased to announce that we will be an exhibitor and a co-organizer at this year's Linz Congress.
